He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Willmeth and Anna Willmeth (Nichols); his son Robert Leo Willmeth, Jr.; his siblings, Francis, Eva Ward (Willmeth) and Richard; and his son-in-law Roger Clark Oplinger.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Willmeth; his daughters, Barbara Oplinger and Jeanne Konicek (Bill); and his foster son Jim Schweizer (Melody). He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
