Stepanek; his stepmother Sharon Stepanek; his brother Larry Stepanek; his half-siblings, Kenny, Mike, David Mullnix and Cheri Brumwell; and his stepbrothers, Leland Loy and Leon Rumsey.

Memorials may be made to the Community Bible Church or the Salina Regional Health Foundation and will be used for the volunteer and valet programs.
