Johnson; her husband Terry; her stepmother Bonnie Johnson; her daughter Amy Felton Doris; her daughter-in-law Alicia Felton; her stepchildren, Alicia Kiefer (Chris) and Jamie Farrington; her grandchildren, Bennington Wells Felton and Rachel Doris; her stepgrandchildren, Kenton, Connor, Colton and Quenten; and her siblings, Randy Johnson and Virginia Crum.
