She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Philip and Ethel Marjorie Thompson (Bindley); her husband Carl E. Sparks; her daughter Jeri Ann Sparks; and her sister Esther Marie Naiman.
She is survived by: her children, David Sparks, Alan Sparks (Alison) and Nancy Groth (Craig); and her niece Michelle Simpson (Doug). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Minneola Long Term Care in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
