He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Johnson and Katherine Johnson (Houser); and his brother J. Bruce Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Angi Rusco; his daughters, Lindsay LaBonte (Brian) and Lesley Hink (Dustin); his grandchildren, Kelly, Charlie, Raini, Peyton, Brenn, Tagg, Trinity and Charles; his brothers, Steven Johnson (Janice) and Gary Johnson (Carol); and his sister-in-law Deborah Johnson. He is also survived by uncle, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
