He is survived by: his child Cammie; his friend Texhoma Livestock Cafe; his wife Laura Jane; his children, Calvin of Texhoma, Camilla, Patrick Wohlgemuth of Landmark, Manitoba, Kent, Angela of Agassiz and British Columbia; his grandchildren, Zane Schmidt, Tate Schmidt, Chantillae (Ricky Isaac), Magdalena (Gario Belleus), Savario (Alicia Wohlgemuth), Akash (Daria Wohlgemuth), Tara (Tynan Wedel), Travis (Melissa Schmidt) and Ty (Michelle Schmidt); his siblings, Frank Schmidt, Louie (Marjorie Schmidt), Nina Schmidt and Jonathon (Lillian Schmidt); his extended family, Myrtle Koehn, Becky and Ray Frank; Emil and Julie Schmidt of Clinton. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
