He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bartsch of Meade; and his children, David Bergen (Margaret) of Montezuma, Martin Bergen (Judy) of Meade, Henry Bergen (Tina) of Clovis, Maria Rempel (Oscar) of Sumner, Anna Braun (Abram) of Hugoton, John Bergen (Mary) of Liberal, Isaac Bergen of Meade, Abram Bergen of Meade, Agatha Bergen of Meade, Peter Bergen of Meade and George Bergen of Meade. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; four brothers; and six sisters.
