She was predeceased by: her parents, Max R. Spillman and Velma L. Spillman (Robb). She is survived by: her children, Shawn Storrer (Sabrina Arell) and Misty Storrer (Tommy Joles); her grandchildren, Nova Bishop and Haysten Storrer; and her siblings, James Spillman, Phyllis Cooper (Matt), Janet Beth Hurd (Richard) and Samuel Spillman (Nealie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Joyce Storrer Memorial Fund (to be used for the school in Moran and for the Moran City Park).
