He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Reed and Winona Reed (Hjelm); his wife Sandra D. Herman; and his sister Alyce Jean Specht. He is survived by: his children, Randy Reed of Morganville, KS. and Kimberly Sixbury of Clay Center, KS.; his grandchildren, Austin Reed, Rylee McDaniel, Adara Leonard, Paige Leonard and Elena Leonard; and his great grandchild Rowden McDaniel.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (501 Franklin St, Clay Center, KS 67432).
