It is with sadness that the passing of Marvin W. Moore of Morrill, Kansas is shared. Marvin, born on February 14, 1939, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Emily Johanna Moore (Carlson); his brother John A. Moore; his mother-in-law Joyce; and his grandson Nicholas Ploeger.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Tawzer; his daughters, Sandra "Sandy" Hefty (John) of Valley Falls, Cynthia Hill of Sabetha and Stacy Ploeger (Mike) of Morrill; his grandchildren, Matthew (Nicole), Zachary, Elena, Hannah, Hunter, Caleb, Noah, Josiah, Faith and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Cooper, Ellie and Lincoln.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Popkess Mortuary (823 Virginia St, Sabetha, KS 66534). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
