He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Otto and Myrtle Otto (Watson); his siblings, Wayne Otto, Walter Otto, Conard Otto and Aleatha Otto May; his daughters-in-law, Debbie Wilson Otto and Jonita Hunt Otto; and his grandsons, Carl William Otto and Christopher William Otto (Faye).
He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" Otto (Phyllis) of Leroy, KS and Kenny Otto (Diana) of Mound City, KS.; and his brother William Otto (Marita) of Pittsburg, KS.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mound City Christian Church (418 W Spruce St, Mound City, KS 66056).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carl's name to the Kansas Masonic Foundation.
