It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maxine Breuel (Mound City, Kansas), who passed away at the age of 98, on June 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Maxine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maxine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stacey Furse and Ruth Ellis Furse; and her husband Bob Breuel. She is survived by: her sister Ruth May Harrison. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mound City Chapel (319 W Chestnut St, Mound City, KS 66056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (319 W Chestnut St, Mound City, KS 66056).
