He was predeceased by : his parents, Aaron R. Markley and Hallie Markley (Bell); his daughter Theresa Chard Markley; and his siblings, Leroy, John and Dorothy Markley.
He is survived by : his daughters, Angela Ragland (J. D.) and Melinda Markley (Rick Bowman); his granddaughter Jessica Rewerts (Ryan); his stepgrandson Brady Ragland (Carlie Shea); his nephew Lance Markley (Christy); his niece Sherri Hahn; his great-nephew Jordan Hahn; and his great-niece Sydney Markley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory - Mound City Chapel (319 W Chestnut St, Mound City, KS 66056). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Shriners Children's Hospital or St Jude Children's Hospital.
