We announce the death of Stephen Lewis Conley (Mound City, Kansas), who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 74. Stephen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Conley and Anna Mae Stoeckle Conley; and his brother Charles Conley. He is survived by: his wife Malinda Smith; his daughters, Stephanie, Katelyn and Pamella Conley; his brother Kenny; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Conley, Marilyn Duggins, Mryna (Greg Golden), Richard, Corey Smith and Michael (Kara Smith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
