She was predeceased by: her parents, James Greenwood and Ida May Greenwood (Schroder); her husband AB Thompson; her son Albert "AJ" Thompson; and her siblings, Frances Lind, Bernice Umbarger, Cleo Carson, Mary Greenwood, Charles Greenwood and James Greenwood.

She is survived by: her children, Kenton Thompson (Dawn) of Altamont and Karen Phillips (Calvin) of Parsons; and her grandchildren, Charity Frey (Peter), Caleb Phillips (Janet), Holly Miksch (Andrew), Melody Kabrey (Kevin), Trey Thompson (Sara), Tyler Thompson (Tara), Tucker Thompson (Maci), Arthur Thompson, Linsey Ackerman (Zack) and Jonathon Thompson.

Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Altamont.
