He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Fowler and Linda Fowler (Wooten); his brother Eddy Ray Fowler; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Norma "Tootie" Wade.

He is survived by : his daughters, Haylie Wolf (Bob) of Mound Valley and Malori Arredondo (Rigo) of Neodesha; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Keira, Jaelyn, Emmett, Irah, Yobani and Krosby; and his sister Kimberly Stotts (Marvin Wren) of Coffeyville.
