He was predeceased by: his father David R. Johnson; his grandparents, Walter, Amy Mitchell, Raymond and Marlene Johnson; and his uncles, Ed Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell and Ted Bethell.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Johnson (Mitchell) of Moundridge; his son Jackson Ray Johnson of Wichita; his brother Brent Johnson (Stephanie) of Aurora, CO; his siblings' children, Treyton, Zane and Warner; his sister Deanna Johnson (Mike Halbert) of Aurora, CO; his nephew Dylan; his sister Megan Hill of Moundridge; his siblings' children, Brylie and Braylan; and his close friends, Jordin Smith, Steven Blaylock, Nate Martens and Zach Vytlacil. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
