He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Voth and Helen Voth (Saner); his son Jonathan James Voth; and his sisters, Darlene Stucky and Barbara Allen.

He is survived by: his children, Bradley Scott Voth of Moundridge and Melinda Sue Ayers (Jeremy Dale) of Shawnee, OK; and also, Michael Gage Porter, Harley Reece Ayers and Snickers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Pine Village in care of Moundridge Funeral Home, PO Box 410, Moundridge, KS 67107.
