He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon J. Rupp and Linda Rupp (Balzer); his wife Patricia Kay Wedel; his daughter Jackie Scott; his daughter-in-law Kim Rupp; and his brothers, Bill, Bob, Glen and Tim.
He is survived by: his son William Rupp (Kim) of Moundridge; his grandchildren, Ian Scott, Emily Scott (Brent), Brianna Jones-Rupp, Brayden Rupp, Megan Sizemore and Jessika Leonard (Dalton); his sister Berneil Mueller (Ted); and his sister-in-law Elaine Brianni-Rupp. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
