She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Eicher and Marjorie Eicher (Brown); her daughter Michele Ensz; and her siblings, Lavonne Geer, Louise Koehn, Maurice, Lawrence Eicher and Beth Ann Eicher.
She is survived by: her friend Bernice; her husband John Smith; her children, Julie Koehn (Keith) and David Smith (Shannon); her son-in-law Richard Ensz (Marci); and her brothers, Allen (Iva), Ervin (Vickie), Jasper (Darla) and James Eicher. She is also survived by grandchildren; ten treasured great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Memorials may be given to Moundridge Manor, and left in the care of Petersen Funeral Home, Newton, Kansas.
