She was predeceased by: her parents, William Salmo Haivala and Anna Mildred Haivala (Osby); her husband Paul E. Griggs Sr.; her children, Paul Griggs Jr., Debbie Griggs, Vicki Trimm and Kerry Huckins; and her siblings, Joe Haivala and Venoy Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Griggs (Phil) of Wichita, KS, Kim Fennewald (Dave) of Mulvane, KS and Troy Griggs of Iowa; and her grandchildren, Dodie Griggs, Tiann Mullin (Scott), Mikki Hayes (Jerome), Analani Smith, Erin Huckins (Brian Horsley), Shannon Huckins (Jacob Combs), Christina McDonald (David), Crystal Trimm, Bryan Endres (Brittany), Amber Endres, Kyle Breese (Laura), Kolby Fennewald (BayLee), Kortney Tanner (Tyler), Bryce Griggs (Monica) and Brantley Griggs. She is also survived by Her family also includes 35 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
