He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Thompson Wathen. He is survived by: his son Derek Wathen of Mulvane; his grandsons, Samuel Wathen of Mulvane and Michael Wathen of Derby; and his siblings, George F. Wathen of Texas and Mary Wathen-Dall-Wells of Missouri.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mulvane Cemetery.
