He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Aguirre and Benedita "Elena" Aguirre; and his siblings, Manuel, Margarito, Conrado, Josephina Aguirre and Consuelo Valdez.
He is survived by: his wife Retha; his children, Ray Aguirre (Barbie), Cindy Knarr, Cathy Paige (Toby) and Jewell Spignesi (Mike); and his grandchildren, Shonda, Mike, Rachael, Tasha, Taylor, Tiffany, Cecil and Sydney. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
