The memory of Wanda Lou Peevyhouse of Muscotah, Kansas, who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Hamon (Hubbard) and Roy Hamon; her husband James Peevyhouse; and her brothers, Dale, Claude, Jay and Bob Hamon.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Small (Walton); her grandchildren, Niki Pederson (Terry), Joni Hackney (Joe), Kristi Dalen (Kevin), Willie Small (Kristin Beyer) and Josh Small (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Jonathan (Sarah), Ashley (Daniel), Nathan (Cassi), Tyler, Joe, Zack, Jenna (Michael), Kole (Allyah), Jarad, Christian, Daryan (Bradley), Nyah, Lani, Brantley, Sidney, Evelyn, Penny, Jackson and Jillian; and her sibling's children, Marilyn Wilson (Andy), Linda Shelley (Dana) and Bobby Jay Hamon (Stacy).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Muscotah Cemetery.
She made beautiful quilts for her family and countless baby blankets to give to family and friends and even women she didn't know by donating them to crisis pregnancy centers.
