She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Laverty and Nora "Louise" Laverty; her daughter Cheryl Claibourn; her grandson Jason Claibourn; and her great grandchild Breanna Willmon.
She is survived by: her significant other James Leroy Lour; and her children, Christine Brunbige, Rhonda Lewis, Brenda Ellis, Bonnie Baldwin, James Lour, Howard Lour and Michelle Thurman. She is also survived by her 34 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nazarene Church (812 N 7th St, Neodesha, KS 66757).
