She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Eugene Lowe, Sr. and Wilma Dean Kepley Lowe. She is survived by : her siblings, Brenda Karns, Cheryl Reed, Glen Lowe and Robert Lowe, Jr.. She is also survived by her three children and numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many cousins.
