He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Eugene and Lillie Lee Wheeler (Mellies); his wife Hilda; his grandchildren, Caytlon Ennette Wheeler and Christian Edward Wheeler; Roy and Lillie Wheeler.
He is survived by: his sons, Clayton Wheeler and Jason Wheeler (Christine); his grandchildren, Cadence Wheeler, Jordan Wheeler, Lillie Wheeler and Cashton Wheeler; and his brothers, Wesley Wheeler and Merlin Wheeler.
Memorial contributions can be made in Floyd's name to the CrossRoads Church and can be left with the funeral home.
