Though Kelley may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Morgan (Cohee). She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Powell; and her children, Bradley Powell of Pittsburg, Kansas, Christian Powell (Shyanne) of Altamont, Kansas, Daulton Powell (Sabrina) of Hugo, Oklahoma and Star Powell of Neodesha, Kansas. She is also survived by grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
