He was predeceased by : his parents, Murl Arnold and Yolanda Arnold (Payne); and his son Lyle "L. J." Arnold Jr.. He is survived by : his sons, Jason and Dereck; his wife Cindy Shinkle; his children, Justin Arnold, Brian Hart and Heather Arnold; and his siblings, Daryll, Lynn, Jim, Matt Arnold, Alaura Martin and Mara Monroy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
