She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Belcher and Bessie Louise Belcher (Harshman); her husband Fred; her brother Bill Belcher; her stepfather Loren Riley; and her grandchildren, Zackery Wade and Misti Underwood.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Waggoner of LaFountain, KS, Fred Waggoner Jr. of Wichita, KS and Penny Schafer (Richard). She is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Memorials have been suggested to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
