He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Russell (Jeff) of Havana, Kansas, Rebecca Beisly of Neodesha, Kansas, Judy Katzer (Trey) of Liberty, Missouri and Mark Shinkle of Neodesha, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Russell, Kevin Russell, Jennifer Long, Nicole Kraft, Veronica Beisly, Joshua Beisly, Corrine Sebranek, Derek Katzer, Ryan Katzer, Matthew Shinkle and Michael Shinkle; and his brothers, Clairan Shinkle of Fredonia and Carl Shinkle of Smithville, Missouri.. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
