He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel May and Alberta Tincknell; and his stepfather Ernest Tincknell. He is survived by : his grandson Brett; his wife Alice May; his daughter Cynthia Renfro of Neodesha, KS; his siblings, Danny May (Mickey) of Virginia Beach, VA, Timmy Tincknell (Christy) of Dallas, TX., Dianne Armstrong (Chuck) of Urda, UT, Sandra Haines (Dick) of Palm Cost, FL and Vicky Carra (Doug) of Villa Ridge, MO.; his granddaughter Kristin Dixon of Independence, KS; and his sisters, Audra Dixon, Courtney Dixon, Jessica Williams, Makayla May of Neodesha, KS and Lacey Ratzlaff of Fredonia, KS.. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren. 3 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Ross's memory to Homeless Veterans and Wounded Warriors and may be left with Loran Fawcett Chapel.
