He is survived by : his children, Michael Brian Stout (Jackie), Kelly Brandon Stout (Donna) and Penni Lynn Bouse (James); his grandchildren, Taytum Briann Stout, Shelbi Aaren Moore (Andrew), Mician and Michael Bradley Stout; and his great grandchildren, Everly, Sadie, Vada and Beau.
