He is survived by: his children, Penny Gilligan-Gowin (Frank Drummond), Brandi Moreno (Jesus) of Abilene, TX and Robert Gilligan of Neosho Rapids, KS; his brother Ronald Gilligan of Overland Park, KS; and his grandchildren, Branden Elder, Andrew Moreno, Bella Moreno, Korbyn Gilligan, Tyler Ward and Ayden Gowin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
