The passing of Rachel Irene Dinges of Ness City, Kansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 95. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rahm and Ella Rahm (Kirschman); and her siblings, Melvin Rahm and Darlene Burditt. She is survived by: her husband Joe Dinges; her children, Brad Dinges (Lana) of Ness City, Marlene Elsey (John) of Garden City and Kathleen Elsey (Bruce) of Greenwood Village, Colorado; her brother Jim Rahm of Loveland, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Chris Elsey, Bryan Elsey, Ashlee Dinges and Taylor Janzen. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home (207 N Pennsylvania Ave, Ness City, KS 67560). A vigil service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (510 S School St, Ness City, KS 67560). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (1000 S Topeka Ave, Ness City, KS 67560).
Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Church or Altar Society.
