Milner; his daughter Cynthia Largent (Curtis) of Southwest City, MO.; his siblings, Randy Voth of New Albany, KS, Linda Debes of Enid, OK, Tim Voth (Rita) of Fredonia, KS and DeAnn Ogden (Russell); his grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Zachary, Oscar and Blaine; his great grandchildren, Clay, Jay, Alivia, Lacy and Archer; and his sister-in-law Heidi Robinson. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
