He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanna R. Curtis and Martin L. Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Curtis; his sons, Micheal (Laura), Mark (Julie) and Randy (Jackie); his brothers, Eugene Curtis and Cecil Curtis; his aunt May Moonie; and his great grandchild Spencer Curtis. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
