He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Rucker and Lula Rucker (Bruce); his sister Mary Ellen; and his great grandchild Ezra. He is survived by: his wife Hallie Hougland; his children, Russell Rucker, Jeanie Fuller, Gail Jackson (Larry) and Joanie Pauls (Doug); and his brother Doug Rucker. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First Missionary Church and left in care of the funeral home.
