He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his son Russell Girten; his stepchildren, Dianne Garcia and Dwight Wilkes; his grandson Zachary Girten; his stepgrandchildren, Vanessa Fox, David Garcia, Gregory Garcia and Austin Wilkes; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Mercedes, Ava and Athena.
A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home West (2929 W 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67203).
