It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clyde Junior Gurley in Newton, Kansas, born in Florence, Kansas, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Gurley and Joseph Gurley; his children, Jackie Gurley and Patti Herring; and his sister Jeri Roth.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Gurley; his sons, Billy Gurley (Traci), Darrell Gurley and David Evans (Erin); and his grandchildren, Kristin Gaito (John), Kevin Gurley, Jace Evans and Matthew Evans.

Memorial contributions can be made out to Whitewater Community Church and left in care of Petersen Family Funeral Home.
