He is survived by: his son Nicholas Daniel of Butler, Missouri; his wife Cheryl of Wichita, Kansas; his mother-in-law Viva Hinkle of Washington, Kansas; his daughter Toni Smedley (Rod) of Independence, Iowa; his former wife Mary Switzer of Butler, Missouri; his brothers-in-law, Steve Hinkle of Wichita and Richard Hinkle (Mary) of Washington, Kansas; his sibling's children, David Switzer (Tammy) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Heather Kieschnik (Mark) of Broadview Heights, Ohio; his stepchildren, Brice Loomis of Minneapolis, Kansas, Kevin Loomis (Loni) of Bennington, Kansas and Lynn Wagner (Luke) of Fredonia, Kansas; his grandchildren, Grace Smedley, Jordan, Paige Switzer, Tasha Smedley, Amber Smedley and Nathan Smedley; his stepgrandchildren, Isabella Loomis, Reagan Loomis, Carson and Makinley Wagner; and his pet Boots. He is also survived by the cat; and lots of extended family.
