He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Cusick (Tisha) of Newton and Micah Cusick (Cari) of Newton; his grandchildren, Bryan Cusick (Brilee), Gavin Cusick, Mackenzie Cusick, McKennah Cusick, Emma Cusick and Bess Cusick; his great grandchild Remington Cusick; and his siblings, Diana Gordon, Terry Cusick and Ramon Cusick (Becky).
