He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Decker and Susie Smith Decker; and his stepmother Verna Decker. He is survived by: his siblings, Norma, John, Carolyn and Merlin; his wife Sharon Clark; his sons, Brendan Decker of Saint Joseph, MO and Jarrod Decker (Andrea Wasinger); and his sister Jaraine Redger of Newton, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
