She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Casto; her mother Bertha Elizabeth Smith Pjesky; and her brother Marvin Pjesky. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Sherlene Pjesky and Marvin D. Pjesky; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Christopher; and her close friend Kathleen Lindholm.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Restlawn Gardens (4619 US-50, Newton, KS 67114).
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church and left in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
