He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Wallace Smith and Wanetta Myrtle Smith (Page); his wife Nadine; his stepmother Gladys Smith; and his sister Wanetta Burton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin McDonald of Albia, IA, Enid Penner (Bruce) of Whitewater, KS, Peggy King (Mike) of Hesston, KS and Amy Vogt (Scott) of Hesston, KS; his sister Barbara Koch; and his siblings-in-law, Claude Donham, Carl Donham and Loretta Donham. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
