He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Balzer and Gladys Balzer; his wife Jacquie Balzer; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law Jim Soth.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Balzer (Stacy), Stefanie Roth (Steve) and David Balzer (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Balzer, Sydney Balzer, Tyler Roth, Jaden Roth, Paige Roth, Taylor Balzer, Mason Balzer and Gavin Balzer.
