He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard Ramberg and Clara Ramberg (Compton); and his daughter Elisa Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ramberg of Newton; and his children, Michael Ramberg of California, Cynthia Sick of South Carolina, Andrea Andrews of California, Gerry Ramberg of Texas and Steven Ramberg of Texas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
