Gloria Kater Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 1, 2026, at the age of 90, Gloria Kater (Newton, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Gloria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gloria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Wauneta Lewis (Reaka) and Fred Albert Lewis; her husband Don; her son Greg; and her brother William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Disberger (Dennis) and LaDonna Schmidt (Greg).
