She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Montgomery and Evelyn Montgomery; and her husband Alvin Dalke. She is survived by: her children, Dianna, Brad, Brian and David. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her siblings.
Donations to the Salvation Army, in honor of Jackie's memory, are welcome, and may be left in the care of Petersen Funeral Home.
