He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Mabry (Frank) of El Dorado, Larry Phillips (Holly) of El Dorado and James Phillips (Renee) of Andover; his grandchildren, Michael Jones, Kendra Alfaro, Lisa Harnett, Andrea Voll, Mara Zapien, Hillary Bradley, Dylan Phillips, James Phillips and Courtney Phillips; and his sister Beverly Lefever.
